Privacy
This page describes what https://www.abid-ali.dev collects when you use it, and who receives that information. It was last updated on 28 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Abid Ali, a full stack developer in Karachi, Pakistan, operates this site. Questions about this page go to abid.saeed.ali92@gmail.com.
Contact form
The form on the contact page asks for your name, email address, project type, budget range and a description of the project. Budget is optional. Submitting the form sends those fields to Formspree (opens in a new tab), which stores them so I can read the enquiry and reply. The message subject and the reply-to address are taken from the name and email you entered. I use the enquiry to respond to you and to decide whether the project is a fit. This site has no database of its own.
The server may read your IP address for a few minutes to limit repeated submissions. That address is kept in memory on the server and is not written to a database and not sent to Formspree.
Email and WhatsApp
Email links open your own mail program and send a message to abid.saeed.ali92@gmail.com. The site does not see the message until it arrives in that inbox.
The WhatsApp button opens a new tab on WhatsApp with the message you chose or typed. WhatsApp is operated by Meta. This site does not store that message. Meta's own privacy policy covers what happens after the tab opens.
Cookies and advertising
Pages on this site set no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies. There is no Google Analytics tag, no tag manager and no Google AdSense code. Because no advertising cookies are set, the site does not show a consent banner.
If advertising is added later, it will be limited to blog posts. The homepage, services, contact page, case studies and concept samples will stay free of ads. Before any ad is shown, this page will name the advertising provider, explain the cookies it sets, and link to the controls for turning personalised ads off, including Google's ad settings (opens in a new tab). Visitors in the EU and the UK will get a consent choice before those cookies are set.
Concept pages and blog covers
The concept homepages under /concepts are design samples. The business names, phone numbers and addresses on them are placeholders. They were not commissioned. Blog cover images are illustrations made for the article, and each article says so under the image.
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Continued use of the site after that date is covered by the updated page.
